Returns Policy
We want you to feel fully confident in every purchase from Zahrah Collective. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.
1. Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Product defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours via email.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the original packaging with all tags attached

In good condition (no stains, pet hair, or odors)

Items must be properly packaged.
Returns sent in grocery bags, trash bags, or transparent packaging will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at:

We will respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Exchange Options
Some items may be eligible for size exchanges. Please let us know in your email, and we’ll confirm whether an exchange is possible for your item.
4. In-Person Returns
You may also return your item in person at our location. Please email us in advance to schedule a drop-off.
5. International Returns (Outside EU)

If returning from outside the EU, you are responsible for any custom duties we incur upon receiving the package.

To avoid this, clearly mark the package as an e-commerce return and inform your courier.
6. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we aim to process your refund within 2 business days, up to a maximum of 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
